SOLARPANELS FOR SING’LSI PRIMARY SCHOOL ARE COMPLETE

We are proud to announce that the installation of solar panels at Sing’isi Primary School is now complete!

Through this donation, we have provided a stable and reliable energy source to the school, meaning students no longer face disruptions from unreliable diesel generators.

They can now rely on fully charged tablets every time they attend class.

In Tanzania, many students struggle to continue their education, especially because English is not taught at the primary school level, often leading to high dropout rates.

Our donation of the solar panels has made it possible for Sing’isi Primary School to run its E-Shuleni program without interruptions. The program uses tablets as a tool to improve students’ English skills, and reliable power is essential to ensure that students receive consistent learning opportunities.

With the solar panels now providing 2.9 KWp of solar power, a 3.6 KW inverter, and 5 KWh of battery storage, the school can ensure a stable power supply for its operations.

This will guarantee that the E-Shuleni program runs smoothly and also allows the school to expand to the next class in 2025.

We are happy to support a project that gives students better opportunities to learn and grow. At JGH, we are proud to contribute the solar panels and help ensure a brighter future for the students at Sing’isi Primary School.
